The reference book *Differentiated Service in Public Transportation* has now been published by BEKA-Verlag and, in my opinion, provides an excellent overview of the current state of various public transportation service models. Since this book also discusses many new forms of mobility that we manage at geminiptc, I’d like to share a few thoughts on the subject.
