I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce you to a tool developed by one of my partners: the Optimo Cloud. Some of you are surely familiar with Stephan Preuss, who, with Quantic Digital, has taken digital transformation consulting to a whole new level. Even back then, he always used the OPTIMO principle as a consulting method to systematically evaluate and describe ideas for improvements and innovations.
Personally, I really liked this principle, as it can be very effective in helping organizations—whether startups or large corporations—to promote the management of suggestions for improvement and innovation.
